I started as a freelance web designer, which grew into a multi-service marketing agency. As the business scaled, I ran into the same problem most founders face, everything still depended on me.

Since then, I’ve applied the same thinking across startups, franchises, and service businesses, including as an AI Systems Architect inside a scaling startup.
